trust beneficiary right refers to the beneficiary right enjoyed by the trustee specified in trust contract after the trust property has been managed or processed, as well as the right to trust property interests enjoyed by the trustee specified in trust contract upon the expiration of the trust contract.
Trust beneficiary right investment refers to the trust plan that the Bank has invested in the trust company, and thereby enjoying the beneficiary right of the trust.
Financial lease income right transfer (buyout)
Financial lease income right transfer (buyout) refers to a transaction that when the lessor (financial leasing company) and the lessee form a financial leasing relationship, and the holder of the financial leasing income right as the transferor, the corresponding interests for the rent of the financing leasing contract (including the uncollected leasing claims and other rights granted for the lessor) are transferred to the Bank.

Securitization of credit assets
Securitization of credit assets: the securitization of credit assets refers to the process where illiquid financial assets are converted into liquid assets. Asset securitization refers to structured financing activities where financing institutions, as the originator, trust credit assets to the trustee, and the trustee issues beneficiary securities in the form of asset-backed securities to institutional investors, the cash from the credit assets is used to pay income of asset-backed securities.
